Refund Policy

Contact us to discuss Refunds. Custom-made furs are not eligible for refunds. Ready to Wear Furs are eligible for refunds if the return is initiated within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Our team will review the eligibility of the Refund request. If the request is approved - you can ship the fur back to us. Shipping costs for orders that have shipped will not be refunded. Refunds can only be issued back to the original form of payment. Furs that have been customized, altered, or monogrammed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
